EARLY HELP

Red Oak Primary School recognises that the most important thing in any child’s life is their family. Whoever is bringing up a child, whether a traditional ‘nuclear’ family, a grandparent, aunt, sister, brother, step-parent or carer, we know that what is most important to our pupils is home and family.

In school, we are always happy to talk to parents about anything that is troubling their child – in or out of school. This may be an informal chat with your child’s teacher or teaching assistant, an appointment with the Head or Deputy/SENCO, or with The Mental Health support worker (Mrs Leeming). Appointments can be booked at the front office. These can be arranged for the beginning and end of the day, and sometimes immediately.

The leaflet below will help to explain the CAF (common assessment process) process and what it does to help support your family.

Please click on the below link for a free parenting course called Solihull, that helps parents with children 0-18.  It is being run by Just One Norfolk (NHS).
